The portfolio started with a services business. Nirvana Consulting was, and remains, an AI product partner: it finds the one process a company still runs by hand and ships a working replacement in five days at a fixed price, with the client owning the code. Doing that repeatedly produced something more valuable than the fees — a set of patterns for standing up a real, multi-tenant, AI-assisted business quickly and safely.

Those patterns became the ventures. A field-service marketplace. An automotive one. Restaurants, pharmacy, fitness, cannabis. Alongside them sit the operating companies that prove the other half of the thesis — that this group can run physical commerce, with inventory, margins and repeat customers: a coffee roaster, an industrial fixings distributor, an Indian grocer, an electrical distribution portal.

The common shape is simple. Build the map of a fragmented industry. Make every record genuinely useful. Send the provider real value before asking for anything. Let them claim what is already theirs. Then sell the software that runs the work — never a toll on the introduction.

We are deliberately not in a hurry with some of these. SeekHarmony will not ship until its privacy model is right. Ganjabazaar will not promise payments until the banking rails exist. Nirah will not claim domestic manufacturing until the certifications do. Expansion is demand-led, not calendar-led.
